1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain a st799 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. st799 strictly enforces its minimum age policy and will close any account found to belong to a person under 21, returning any Real Money Funds to the depositing payment method.
• You must be accessing the Platform in a personal, non-commercial capacity for recreational betting and gaming entertainment purposes.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your jurisdiction of access imposes any restriction on online betting activity. st799 accepts no liability for your accessing the Platform from a restricted location.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of st799 or any of its affiliated game studio and payment processing partners, unless explicit written permission has been granted by st799 management.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform by your own request (self-exclusion) or by st799's decision. If you believe your exclusion was applied in error, contact our support team before attempting to register a new account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal guardianship or capacity restriction under applicable law, you are not permitted to use the Platform.

3 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Registration on st799 is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. st799 uses automated and manual duplicate-detection systems. The creation of additional accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification is required before a Member may process their first withdrawal, and may be requested at any subsequent point at st799's discretion. KYC verification requires the submission of:

1. Government-issued photo ID: A current Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence clearly showing your name, date of birth, and photograph.
2. Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months showing your name and Indonesian residential address.
3. Payment method verification: Evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account showing the registered account name).

KYC documents should be submitted via the secure upload portal in the st799 account dashboard. Documents submitted by email or other unencrypted channels will not be accepted. st799 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving a complete document set. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing items.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on st799 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). st799 does not charge any transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees imposed by your chosen bank or e-wallet provider are outside st799's control and remain your responsibility.

Accepted payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Visa and Mastercard may be accepted for deposits in certain circumstances; please refer to the current deposit page for up-to-date availability.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages of the st799 dashboard at the time of the transaction. Current standard limits are:

• Minimum deposit via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Rp 10.000
• Minimum deposit via local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.): Rp 25.000
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum single withdrawal for standard verified accounts: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction

Withdrawal processing time: Verified accounts in good standing receive withdrawals within five minutes for amounts below Rp 10.000.000. Larger amounts may require an additional manual review step, which is typically completed within two hours. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian national holidays.

Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. st799 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers its risk management thresholds. Any withdrawal request submitted by a Member who has an outstanding KYC verification requirement will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

st799 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BRI Liga 1 fixtures, the AFF Cup, Ramadan, and Idul Fitri. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games (including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–20%). Sports bets contribute 100% when settled. Void or refunded bets do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus expiry: Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are voided automatically.
• One bonus per promotion per Member: A Member may not claim the same promotion more than once, whether through a single account or multiple accounts. Bulk or systematic bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived balances.
• Minimum odds for sports bonuses: Free bet and sports cashback bonuses are valid only on selections with minimum odds of 1.50 (fractional 1/2) per leg. Bets placed at shorter odds do not qualify toward bonus wagering requirements.
• st799 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect the status of a bonus already credited and actively being wagered.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through st799. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel) are published separately in the Help section of the Member dashboard and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

• Bet acceptance: A bet or wager is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet is void and any staked amount is returned to your account balance.
• Obvious errors: st799 reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of an obvious pricing or display error. This includes, but is not limited to, odds that are materially different from the prevailing market price due to a technical fault. Decisions on obvious errors are made at st799's sole discretion and are final.
• Match abandonment and event cancellation: In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum period required for bets to stand (as defined in the applicable sportsbook rules), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions are detailed in the sportsbook terms.
• Maximum payout limits: st799 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport, market type, and account tier and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Bets that would generate a payout exceeding the applicable limit will have their payout capped at that limit, with the excess voided.
• Casino and slot games: All casino games and slot titles on the st799 platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG). Published RTP (return-to-player) values represent long-run statistical expectations and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets: Mix parlay bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated without the voided leg(s). Minimum and maximum leg counts for mix parlay bets are defined in the sportsbook rules.

7 Responsible Gaming

st799 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that the overwhelming majority of our Members engage with the platform as a form of entertainment. For those who find that gambling is becoming problematic, st799 provides a full suite of self-management tools accessible directly from the Member dashboard at any time, without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic notifications to alert you when your active gaming session reaches a duration you define.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen summaries of your net betting activity (total wagered, total won/lost) during a session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of your choosing, from 24 hours up to six weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account cannot be used to place bets or access casino games, but withdrawals of Real Money Funds remain available.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your st799 account. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon confirmation and prevents re-registration using the same personal details. Any Real Money Funds balance is returned to the depositing payment method within five business days.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on st799. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently suspended, any balance forfeited, and may be subject to legal action:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in opening an account to circumvent any restriction, suspension, or exclusion applied to your own account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit any aspect of the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities — including but not limited to arbitrage betting strategies that specifically target st799 pricing errors rather than genuine market price differences.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members, live dealer staff, or any third party to influence the outcome of any game, market, or event.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, processing funds on behalf of a third party, or engaging in any activity that may constitute money laundering under applicable Indonesian or international law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Accessing st799 via a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions or regulatory obligations.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another Member's account, to st799's administrative systems, or to any backend infrastructure supporting the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the st799 platform — including but not limited to the st799 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, icons, audio clips, software, and the selection and arrangement of all content — is the exclusive property of st799 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without st799's prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or design.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or extraction tools on any part of the Platform.
• Use the st799 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any commercial context without express written authorisation.

Game titles, studio names, and associated intellectual property (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft titles) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are used on st799 under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, st799 and its directors, employees, contractors, game studio partners, and payment processing partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services caused by events beyond st799's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or regulatory action by governmental authorities.
• Any loss arising from a betting or gaming decision made by you on the Platform. All wagers are placed at your own risk and with full knowledge that gambling involves a material risk of financial loss.
• Technical errors in odds display or game results that have been identified as obvious errors and voided in accordance with Clause 6 of this Agreement.
• Any loss or damage caused by a third party gaining access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits st799's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

st799 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection commitments include:

• All data transmissions between your device and the st799 platform are protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption.
• Personal data, including KYC documents, is stored on secured servers and is accessible only to authorised st799 personnel with a legitimate operational need.
• st799 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Data may be shared with payment processors (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and e-wallet providers OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja) solely to the extent necessary to process your transactions.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data retention obligations.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which st799 holds its international operating licence. st799 is licensed and regulated internationally and operates in compliance with the requirements of its licensing authority.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of any dispute relating to your account, a transaction, a bet settlement, or any other aspect of this Agreement, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute via the st799 live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — do not click). Provide your account username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. Our team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: st799's disputes team will conduct a full review and provide a written decision within five business days. Complex cases involving bet integrity or account security investigations may require additional time; the disputes team will communicate the expected timeline.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate your dispute to st799's licensing authority in accordance with the escalation procedure published on the platform's regulatory information page.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Claims raised outside this window may not be accepted at st799's discretion.

13 Amendments to This Agreement

st799 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, st799 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Notify active Members via an in-platform notification or email to the address registered on the account, at least seven days before the amended terms take effect (except in cases where regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate immediate implementation).

Your continued use of the st799 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account. Any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
